Turbine Truck Engines Announces Return to OTCBB
Paisley, Florida | July 12, 2011
Turbine Truck Engines, Inc. (“TTE”) (OTCBB: TTEG), announced the Company's stock quotation coverage has moved from the OTC Markets Group, Inc.'s OTCQB to the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) operated OTC Bulletin Board (OTCBB) under the same symbol "TTEG". The OTCBB is a regulated quotation service that displays real-time quotes, last-sale prices, and volume information in over-the-counter (OTC) equity securities. An OTC equity security generally is any equity that is not listed or traded on NASDAQ or a national securities exchange. OTCBB securities include national, regional, and foreign equity issues, warrants, units, American Depositary Receipts (ADRs), and Direct Participation Programs (DPPs).
"After having several major financial web sites showing us as a Pink Sheet stock after our transfer to the OTCQB, and TTE being a reporting company, I did not want the stigma of being a non-reporting Pink Sheet company," said Michael Rouse, TTE's President and CEO. "TTE would like to thank the associates from Glendale Securities, Inc. for helping us get re-listed on the OTCBB," he continued.
"We believe that by our relisting back onto the Bulletin Board will add value and transparency for our shareholders and the public as well as bring stability to our trading activity," commented Michael Patterson, TTE's CIO.
